Within 24 hours on business days. Report orders are confirmed same-day, delivered within 2 days of confirmation of address.
Can I order by email or pay direct debit?
Yes. Email us with your address, and if you know it, your lot and DP number and we'll send you a direct payment link with invoice if required.
Do you offer site visits?
Not currently. Our reports are desk-based, using 90+ government datasets. For on-ground ecological assessment, we can refer you to a qualified ecologist in your area.
