How reports are delivered

All MapCheck reports are delivered as PDF documents via email to the address you provide when ordering.

Turnaround time

Standard delivery: 1–2 business days from confirmed order. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Turnaround starts once we have confirmed your property details and received payment.

What "confirmed order" means

Your order is confirmed when we have your property details (lot number, deposited plan, and/or address), payment has been received, and we've verified the property exists in NSW records. If we need additional information to identify your property, we'll email you within 24 hours. Turnaround begins once details are confirmed.

Quality checking

Every report is reviewed by a member of our team before delivery. This is not an automated process. The 1–2 day turnaround accounts for this quality check.

Education Package — consultation call

If you've ordered the Education Package, your report is delivered within the standard 1–2 business days. Your one-hour consultation call is scheduled separately — we'll email you to arrange a time within 5 business days of report delivery.

Didn't receive your report?

Check your spam/junk folder first — reports are sent from solutions@mapcheck.com.au. If you still can't find it, email us and we'll re-send immediately.
