Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when ordering a MapCheck report. Here's exactly where you stand.
Full refund — no questions
You'll receive a full refund if we're unable to produce a report for your property (e.g., lot not found in NSW records), your report is not delivered within 5 business days of confirmed order, or you cancel your order before we've begun production (contact us within 2 hours of ordering).
No refund after delivery
Once your completed report has been delivered by email, a refund is not available. The service — data compilation, analysis, and quality checking — has been fully provided, and the report contains proprietary data compilation that cannot be "returned."
Errors in your report
If you believe your report contains an error in our data compilation (not an error in the underlying government data), contact us at solutions@mapcheck.com.au. We will investigate the issue, correct the report if an error is confirmed, and re-deliver the corrected version at no charge.
How to request a refund
Email solutions@mapcheck.com.au with your order number and reason. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
